| Why Air Cooled is better than Liquid Cooled? |
Liquid Cooled and Air Cooled was separated from Induction Aluminum Foil Sealer cooling system in the market. Liquid Cooling System is the traditional design, and Air Cooling system is the new design, that in order to improve Liquid Cooling System’s problem. At the same time, Air Cooling system is the main system for the developed countries (Europe, USA and etc..) Air Cooling system has substituted for the old system, Liquid Cooled system.
The problem of Liquid Cooling System is that user needs to add pure water to keep the machine works normally. But the cost of pure water is too high; it has be an extra waste for a long time. In many county and city, people even cannot buy pure water. Liquid Cooling System uses the hollow copper tube to transmit electric power and make pure water scatter hot in the tube simultaneously. There are various kinds of impurities in general water, and impurities produce chemical change with the copper tube, dirt made quickly, instable system and time is shorter and shorter to wait the opportune moment, and then result in the machine breakdown.
Air Cooling System doesn’t have above problem. |

| Theorem |
| Main machine can be transmissible without any machine, heat sealing, launcher. It does not contact with aluminum foil and cap directly. Non-contacted sealing method responses to sealing coil by tunnel way. By this technology, the aluminum cap foil is coated with an inert film on one side. The film touches on the bottle edge, under the pressure that cap gives, when the aluminum foil heated by the induction coil, the film reaches the melting point soon and becomes as an adhesive to bond the cap foil and bottle. |
